REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At ZAN the Label, we’re committed to creating pieces that feel as good as they look. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

RETURNS WINDOW
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • Free from makeup, marks, or scent

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT
We offer free exchanges for all eligible Australian orders.

If your item isn’t the perfect fit, you may request:

  • An exchange for a different size or style, or
  • Store credit to use on a future purchase

Our goal is to make sure you find something you truly love.


REFUNDS

Once we receive the item, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.


RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as ZAN the Label is not responsible for lost return parcels

If your item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by us.


FAULTY ITEMS
We sincerely apologise if you receive a faulty item.

Please email us at info@zanthelabel.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the fault

Our team will review this as a priority and organise a replacement, store credit, or refund.


FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.


PLEASE NOTE
ZAN the Label is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by general wear and tear
  • Incorrect garment care
  • Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout
